How do I retrieve my username and password?
- Go to Forgot Username or Password?
- Enter your email address.
- Answer the security questions you created for your account.

Android Devices - Turn off MAC Randomization for Android 10 and later
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi icon until the network list opens.
- Tap the settings Icon (typically looks like a gear).
- In the MAC Address Type field, select Phone MAC.
Apple iOS 14 iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Turn off private address
- Open the Settings app, then tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap the information button (i) next to a network.
- Tap Use Private Address to turn it OFF. If your device joined the network without using a private address, a privacy warning explains why.
- The new setting is used the next time your device joins the network. If you want to use it immediately, turn Wi-Fi off and back on in Control Center or Settings, then join the network.

Apple watchOS 7 and later - Turn off private address
- Open the Settings app, then tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap the name of the network you joined. If you haven't joined the network yet, swipe left on its name and tap more.
- Tap Private MAC to turn it OFF.
- The new setting is used the next time your Apple Watch joins the network. If you want to use it immediately, turn Wi-Fi off and back on in Control Center or Settings, then join the network.

I have the correct username and password but I still cannot login. What should I do?
- You are not typing in your username and password in all lower case letters.
- There are spaces before or after your username or password when you are typing it.
- Your account has not been renewed for the current semester.

I have logged into my Account but when I try and go to a different website it brings me back to the Apogee login screen. What should I do?
- Verify that your login was actually successful and you received the following message: "Congratulations! You are now authenticated to use Apogee. Please restart your computer before going to another web page."

How do I create an account?
- Visit the Signup page and fill out the requested information.
Can my friends use my username and password when they are visiting?
No. Your username and password is not to be used by anyone other than you. Giving out your username and password is strongly discouraged and is against our End-User Service Agreement.
How do I connect my additional device?
- Login with your username and password.
- Click on 'Connect more devices' on your user console.
- Select your device and enter the following information:
- Your device MAC address
- Restart your device.
I have added my additional device to my Account but it still won't connect. What should I do?
- Reboot your device.
- Verify that your device does not have a saved username and password that is used to connect to a different network.
- Check the settings on your device.
